i wanna go to italy someday~ particularly venice but also to other places. must eat their pizza and lasagna too!!!
i read about pompeii in my latin lessons ar~ it's really strange to think about the relelicts of so many peoples' livelihood buried underground, now no longer remembered, with possible descendants/survivors of volcanic eruption at distant places. but they themselves probably do not know of what had happened to their ancestors either. in the same way i do not really know my ancestors.
i guess that is history.
and we are creating history now too. someday hong kong island may be buried underground or it will become a 'hong kong mainland' with star ferry, victoria harbour and pink dolphins something of distant past....
wow! You know Latin...
For further comments, pls read my post on Pompeii.
