however, as shown by the different spelling, there are distinct parameters special for this item:
advantage: onset and duration fast and predictable. effect promptly removable after application. effect of overdose, side effects can therefore be rapidly reversed. no systemic toxicity.
disadvantage: hyperthermia with its associated effects on overdose.
