I faxed my feedback form together with 1 page of attachment (mainly modified from the post in my blog) to Goldjoy yesterday. And Johnny (the tour leader) called me today while I was at work, but I told him I was working so he ended the call.
I knew some other people also said they'll send their complaints to them, wonder if they have got a response...

No idea, I think most probably he's gonna to apologise personally?? (Frankly, I don't want to receive his calls either.
I haven't receive his call again yet, (or maybe I have missed it, got a few missed calls today, haha)

WOW! 3 PAGES!!! So many pages... still haven't received Johnny's call, but I have received a lot of phone calls w/o caller ID, I didn't pick any up... maybe it's him?? not sure, but first time, he used his mobile phone to call me.
